PetTrackerIA appears as PetTrack on your device. It organizes pet profiles, health records and reminders, with local document scanning and PDF health cards.
Contact support
Email a short description of the problem, your device model, iOS version, app version and the steps that led to the issue. If you attach a screenshot, hide any private information that is not needed to explain the problem.
A scan leaves fields empty
Scan one page with one health event in good lighting. The app leaves missing or uncertain fields empty for you to complete. Review every draft against the original document before saving it. You can always enter the event manually. Apple Intelligence assistance is available only when supported and enabled on your device; text recognition and manual entry do not require it.
A reminder does not appear
Open Agenda in PetTrack and check for a notification permission or scheduling message. Enable notifications for PetTrack in iOS Settings, verify the reminder’s date and time, and check your Focus and notification settings. Open the app regularly to refresh upcoming alerts; iOS limits the number of pending local notifications. A saved reminder does not guarantee that iOS will present an alert.
Share a health card
Open a pet, choose View Health Card, review the PDF, then use Share health card. The PDF includes the pet’s profile and health history. Its QR code contains the pet’s name, species and birth date. Share only with a recipient you choose.
Edit or delete records
Open a pet and use Edit Pet to change its profile. Health events and reminders can be edited from their lists. Swipe a list item to access Delete and confirm the action. Deleting a pet removes its related records and reminders. Shared PDFs and device backups are separate copies; manage them in the apps or services where you saved them.
Your records stay on your device
PetTrack has no sign-in account or developer-hosted record recovery service. If the app cannot open your records, close and reopen it and contact support before deleting the app. Removing the app’s data can remove the local records. A PDF is a readable health card, not an importable app backup.
Veterinary care
PetTrack is a record organizer, not a veterinary diagnosis or treatment service. Scanning helps transcribe an existing record; it does not prescribe treatment or calculate a medical schedule. Follow your veterinarian’s instructions for care and urgent concerns.
